InMotion is the most common wheel in Los Angeles, from the V12 commuter to the 22-inch V13. We change tires, fit original boards and packs, service V11 and V14 suspension and bring the wheel back.

What the price includes
- Pickup and return in Southern California, and a written quote before any work.
- Original InMotion parts from the North American service center where available.
- A balance test on the stand and a check in the InMotion app before the wheel goes back.
- 30-day warranty on our work, 90 days on the parts we fit.
Before we pick it up
- Ride or leave it at about half charge. Do not charge it to full the night before.
- Retract the trolley handle and send the charger.
- Tell us the exact model: a V13 weighs more than 110 pounds and needs two people.
Questions
Which InMotion wheels do you repair?
V11, V11Y, V12, V12 HT, V12 Pro, V12S, V13 and V13 Pro, V14 and V14 Adventure, P6. We do not take the V5, V8, V9 or E20: the pickup alone would cost more than the repair is worth.
Is my InMotion still under warranty?
If you bought it within the factory warranty period, start with your dealer or InMotion's service center — warranty work is free and ships to Canada. We are independent: we repair any InMotion, in or out of warranty, and our work may void what is left of the factory warranty.
Why is a V11 tire change the most expensive?
On the V11 most of the shell and the suspension come off before the motor can be taken out. It is the longest tire job of any InMotion.
What if it is not worth repairing?
If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the wheel back, and that is all you pay.
