Leaperkim Veteran repair: Sherman, Patton, Lynx
Veteran wheels are built like motorcycles and serviced like them: motorcycle tires, coil-over suspension, big packs. We pick them up with two people and the right vehicle, fix them and bring them back.
Models we see: Sherman, Sherman Max, Sherman S, Sherman L, Patton, Patton S, Lynx, Lynx S, Oryx, Abrams.
What it does, what failed, what it costs

| Cut out, will not power on | Board, fuse or a pack connector | Traced on the bench, the failed part replaced | from $199 |
| Packs out of balance, range dropped | A weak pack or a BMS | Every pack tested, the failed one replaced | test $79 |
| Pedal or pedal hanger bent after a drop | Impact on the pedal | Hanger replaced, pedals aligned and torqued | from $99 + part |

What to check after a cutout
A stiff wheel, a burnt smell, a beep that will not stop: how to tell a burnt board from a scare.

Questions
Which Veteran wheels do you repair?
Sherman, Sherman Max, Sherman S, Sherman L, Patton and Patton S, Lynx and Lynx S, Oryx and Abrams.
Is Leaperkim the same as Veteran?
Yes. Leaperkim is the company, Veteran is the name on the wheels.
Do you service the suspension on a Sherman S or a Lynx?
Yes: the shock, the bushings and the linkage. We tell you whether the shock can be rebuilt or needs replacing before any work.
What if it is not worth repairing?
If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the wheel back, and that is all you pay.
We also repair tires and tubes, batteries and chargers, boards after a cutout or crash, InMotion, Begode, King Song, Extreme Bull and Nosfet and Onewheel with pickup across Southern California.
